Professional Experience

Before joining InterMat, Mrs. Fletcher worked at Socotec Advisory, LLC. At Socotec, Mrs. Fletcher gained extensive and diverse experience in project planning, project cost review and analysis, change analysis, and progress monitoring. Her focus was largely on construction disputes and forensic evaluation of problem projects, analyzing causes of cost and schedule overrun as well as various causes of disruption during engineering, procurement, and construction phases of projects. In these capacities, Mrs. Fletcher consulted on a wide variety of new construction, retrofit, and turnaround projects in the industrial, petrochemical, power, pipeline, commercial, and residential sectors.

Prior to working at Socotec, Mrs. Fletcher worked at River Consulting, Inc., a recognized leader in the design and development of various dry bulk handling terminals and intermodal facilities. She spent her time there as a Mechanical Engineer on various projects involved in the planning, design, equipment selection, and procurement support of bulk material handling and storage systems for manufacturing and processing plants. River Consulting was acquired by Kinder Morgan.

Mrs. Fletcher began her career as a fire protection engineer, with an emphasis on protecting property and controlling losses at various industrial and commercial facilities.
