Mr. Holtom has over 35 years of engineering and management experience including design, programming, and commissioning of automated facilities, project and engineering management for consulting engineering firms, and development of projects for institutional, industrial, and municipal facilities. He has an excellent depth of experience in construction administration, and the management of construction activities. His success is driven by a commitment to identifying the correct basis of design, meeting the design project milestones, maintaining consistent lines of communication with the client, implementing the necessary quality control processes, and supporting the client and contractors during the construction process.

Mr. Holtom’s experience includes management of electrical engineering staff in the design, installation and commissioning of power distribution and process control systems for industrial, Data Center and Telcom Facilities. His E&I experience ranges from medium and low voltage power distribution through motor, actuator, and process controls to programming of control, data acquisition, and information systems.

Professional Certifications and Affiliations

Prior to joining InterMat, Mr. Holtoms most recent position was Vice President of Engineering and Director of Electrical Engineering for CEC Group LLC, where he coordinated staff for all projects and managed multi-discipline engineering teams across multiple states in the execution of projects.  These projects also require interface & management of technology providers, sub-consultants and construction partners.

Prior to joining CEC Mr. Holtom was the Director of Projects for a Midwest consulting firm.  In this position responsibilities included preparation project scope, management of multidiscipline engineering staff, and engineer of record for industrial facilities.
